“Vinerie Salentine s.r.l.” is a dynamic, young, family winery whose products come from vineyards in Salento, home of well-known wines all over the world.
In our fields Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia have always been grown. The red and deep terrain, the sun, the proximity of the Ionian sea give our grapes the sweet quality and mildness which are the basis of the organoleptic features of our wines: keenness, tastefulness, a good structure, balance, an appropriate tannic content and an intense and refined bouquet.
Our company carefully follows the different phases of production: from the selection of the grapes to the production according to the most modern techniques.
Our tradition guarantees the quality of our products. Our wines come from an accurate selection of sound and ripe grapes, gathered during the first decade of September until October. In our bottles you can feel the simplicity and the vigourness of our fields, the strength of our farmers, the warm wind of southeast, the smell of the sea.
